Drop shadow 1,1,60,6

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 700 x 700.

Select all, copy and paste paper 12 into selection,select none.

New raster layer, select all, paste element 7 into selection, select none.

Add element 60 , resize 80%.

Add element 90, resize 80%.

Add element 46, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Add element 4, add drop shadow.

Add element 55, resize 60%, duplicate, image mirror, add drop shadow.

Add element 34, resize 60% , add drop shadow .

Add tube, resize, add drop shadow.

Add element 71,  resize 70%, add drop shadow.

Add element 111, resize 70%, add drop shadow.

Add element 32, resize 70%, add drop shadow.

Add element 30, resize 70%, add drop shadow.

Add element 103, resize 70%, add drop shadow.

Add element 50, resize 50%, add drop shadow.

Add element 28, resize 70%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 73, resize 40%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 24, resize 40%, rotate to the left, add drop shadow.

Add element 25, resize 40%, rotate to the right, add drop shadow.

Add element 86, resize 40%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 112, resize 90%, add drop shadow.

Resize to liking, add copyright and name.

Animation

Copy element 112, paste as new animation.

Effects, insert image effects, spiral

Back to psp, close top layer, copy merged, paste as a new animation.

Duplicate until you have 12 frames, select all.

Select animation, select all, copy, click on 1st frame and drag onto 1st frame of your tag, release.

Save as gif.
