Drop shadow 1,1,60,5

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 700 x 700, floodfill with white.

New raster layer, select all, copy and paste paper 12 into selection, select none, apply mask, merge group.

Add element 119, resize 70%.

Add element 76, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 113, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 85,  add drop shadow.

Add element 75,  resize 60%, add drop shadow. 

Add element 83, opacity 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 106, resize 40%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 31, resize 80%,add drop shadow.

Add element 94, resize 50%

Add tube, resize, add drop shadow..

Add element 116, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add element 134, resize 60%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 25, resize 60%, add drop shadow.

Add element 88, resize 60%, add drop shadow.

Add name and ©, resize to your liking .

Copy merged

Open animation shop and paste as a new animation, duplicate until you have 15 frames, select all.

Open animation Blue Power, replace colour, resize 80%.

Select all, drag onto your tag and position.

Animation, cull animation, remove 1 in every 3 frames.

Save as gif.
