Drop shadow 1,1,65,6

After resizing > adjust sharpness > sharpen.

Open blank image 700 x700

New raster layer, select all, copy and paste paper 5 into selection, select none, apply mask, merge group.

Add element 50, resize 50%.

Add element 68, resize 25%, add drop shadow.

Add element 51, duplicate, resize 30%,   add drop shadow.

Add element 25, resize 70%, add drop shadow, add drop shadow, move to the bottom of your canvas.

Add element 83, resize 60%,  add drop shadow.

Add element 78, resize 40%,duplicate, add drop shadow.

Add element 26, resize 40%, using deform tool, stretch acros your canvas, add drop shadow.

Add element 61, resize 80%, add drop shadow.

Add element 82, resize 30%, duplicate , add drop shadow.

Add element 46, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add element 7, resize 70%, add drop shadow.

Add element 87, resize 40%, add drop shadow.

Add your tube, resize to your liking, add drop shadow.

Add element 60, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add element 41, resize 30%, add drop shadow.

Add element 29, resize 35%, image mirror, add drop shadow.

Add element 65, resize 25%, add drop shadow.

Add element 71, resize 30%, duplicate, image mirror, duplicate, resize 80%, duplicate, image mirror, add drop shadow.

Add element 27, resize 25%, add drop shadow.

Resize to your liking, add copyright and name, save as a png.
